| The prices on this site are shown in US Dollars. The shipping costs are not included. These will be shown to you in Step 2 of the buying procedure, depending on the destination and total number of products in your cart. Shipping times depend also on our suppliers and couriers. We will let you know of any delay in fulfilling your order. |

You can return unsatisfactory products within 14 days and we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Items must be returned in the original condition. Legally you don’t have to provide a reason for that. It would be nice though to give us an explanation so we can avoid such occurrences in the future.
